Stacey Luchs Struber is Senior Vice President of Communications for CBSTD’s daytime syndicated staple Dr. Phil, consistently ranked second among all daytime talk shows and among the Top Ten of all syndicated strips, and The Doctors, the highest rated new first-run strip in syndication last season and in its sophomore year, ranked in the top five of all established talk shows.
Previously, she served as vice president, media relations and publicity for David E. Kelley Productions, overseeing marketing, publicity, media relations and special events for both the company and Mr. Kelley. She previously coordinated and executed campaigns for 3rd Rock from the Sun and helped launch Magic Johnson’s late-night talk show The Magic Hour.
Luchs Struber also oversaw campaigns for the Emmy-winning Harpo Productions movie Tuesdays with Morrie and its stars, Jack Lemmon and Hank Azaria. She later steered campaigns for William Shatner, Sharon Stone and James Spader — all of whom earned Emmys for their work on ABC’s The Practice. In 2009, she was a governors’ appointee to the Television Academy’s Executive Committee. She also serves on the Television Publicity Executive Committee and the advisory board of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission.
