This multi-dimensional course is designed to take you, your management team and your business from where you are to where you want to be.

This is a 20-hour program that will be condensed into two, 3-hour sessions specifically designed for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences by MICHAEL RUSSO, CPA, President and CEO of University of Entrepreneurship, and managing partner of Michael Russo and Company, CPAs, LLP. Normally offered for $1,000.00, this is an extraordinary offering at no cost for Academy members. All materials needed are included in the seminar.

• Learn Extraordinary Business Results; learn how to set measurable business goals.
• Given your specific business model and measurable business objectives, install custom tailored entrepreneurial systems with tools and processes that allow you to operate your business in a competitive environment and achieve extraordinary business results.
• Analyze your specific business model and learn how to make more effective decisions, measurably increase your revenues, profits and competitive advantage, while stopping wasteful spending.
• Learn how to use the financial and operating information of your Company to achieve extraordinary business results.
• Learn how to solve problems and achieve results beyond previous limits.
• In a lively and entertaining interactive process learn management and leadership styles that produce extraordinary business results.
• Learn to establish leadership and management tools and structures that allow you to continually achieve your business goals.

In addition to invaluable information, the seminar will include a special drawing for additional professional consultation worth $4,500 for one lucky Academy member.

At the end of the second session (July 13), a drawing will reveal the winner of a Personal Consultation-Business Makeover, which includes five meetings over three-plus months.

The winner of the drawing will receive the following:

A personal one-on-one double meeting with seminar leader Michael Russo.

First meeting: In-depth interview with Michael to assess your needs.

Second meeting: A discussion of a strategy regarding where you are, and where you want to be.

One week later: After an agreed-upon plan, you will receive a 90-day follow-up coaching program where you will meet with Michael once a month for 2-3 hours to monitor your progress, deal with on-course/off-course issues and address your unique business and tax questions.

This consists of a total of five meetings over three-plus months.
