Jason Rosenfield, A.C.E.

A winner of two Primetime Emmy Awards and one regional Emmy, Jason Rosenfield came to prominence as the editor of Robert Altman’s Come Back to the 5 and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean. His Emmys were earned on three HBO documentaries, while another, Blues Highway, was nominated for an Oscar. Rosenfield is also known for his key contributions to two groundbreaking series, R.J. Cutler’s American High and Dick Wolf’s Law & Order: Crime & Punishment. Additional show honors he has contributed to include two R.F. Kennedy Awards, a DGA Award, W.C. Handy Award, Peabody Award and three Emmy nominations, the latest earned on the 2011 Discovery special The Kennedy Detail. In 2011-12 he produced three primetime reality shows for Goodbye Pictures, and he is currently editing the feature documentary When I Die, Please Send Me Home. In 2001, Rosenfield was elected to American Cinema Editors, an honorary society of distinguished editors. He is in his third term as a member of the Television Academy’s Board of Governors.

Scott Boyd, A.C.E.

During his senior year at Cal State University, Northridge, Scott Boyd managed to wrangle an internship at Stephen J. Cannell Productions. The internship led to his being hired as a postproduction production assistant, then apprentice, and later being promoted to assistant editor, trailer editor and, finally, editor. His editing credits include such diverse television series as Silk Stalkings, The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, The Pretender, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Agency, Monk, Heroes, House, Mercy, Human Target and Nikita. He has also cut made-for-television movies, and was fortunate enough to receive Primetime Emmy nominations for both Faith of My Fathers and Flight 93. He also earned an Emmy nomination for the series Heroes.
