Rules and Procedures
The 2009 Primetime Rules & Procedures booklet contains the official rules and procedures for the Primetime Emmy Awards. These rules have been reviewed for the 2008-2009 awards and the text has been revised by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Board of Governors.
